Return & Refund Policy (Retail Orders)
At Seoul Peach, we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our retail return and refund policy below.
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- To start a return, please email us with your order number and item details at hello@seoulpeach.com.
- Returns for size, fit, or change-of-mind are accepted, but return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
- Want a different size or color? We offer exchanges based on stock availability.
- If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll offer a store credit or refund instead.
- Email us to request an exchange with your order number and exchange details.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or offer store credit, based on your preference.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Final Sale Items
- Sale items, discounted items, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Pre-Orders
-Pre-order purchases can be returned within our standard return window.
-Cancellations or modifications cannot be made after the order is placed.
-Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page; any delays will be communicated via email.
